Structure of payments for 2012

There are two basic options to choose from:

• Annual, once-off payment: R62 620 (payable by 1 February 2012)

• 11 equal, monthly installments: R5 869 (total comes to R64 599; payable 1 January 2012 to 1 November 2012)

Note the following:

1. All fees are payable in advance.
2. We have a debit order system in place and encourage parents to make use of it. You do need to complete a debit order form to use this option.
3. Debit orders will commence 1 January 2012 with the final debit order 1 November 2012.
4. The above are the only options available.
5. Please note if you opt for the annual payment and do not pay by 1 February 2012 it will automatically revert to the monthly plan.
6. Fees not paid by the 7^th of the month will attract an interest rate of 2% per month or part thereof.
7. Any charges incurred by the College from cash deposits or failed debit orders etc. will be charged back to your account.
8. In addition to the school fees a non-returnable administration fee of R2500 and a refundable deposit of R6500 are payable at the start of the application process.

1. Computer fee (per annum): R 508
2. Hospitality Studies (per annum): R 1 345
3. School camp (once off): ±R 1 800
4. Swimming (Grades 8 and 9; Term 1 only): R 350
5. Educational excursions: ±R 1 000
6. Textbooks: ±R 1 800
